Design is not about objects; it is about people.
Spanish designer, Pablo Ejarque González was born in Valencia, Spain in 1994. Studied Industrial Design and Product Development Engineering at the Polytechnic University of Valencia. Afterwards, he studied an exchange master program between the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University in Almaty, Kazakhstan and the Polytechnic University of Valencia, Spain in Design and Manufacturing Computer Aided.
Pablo has been part of Calcher Hospitality Services’s technical department for 5 years as the Product Design Manager. He has followed the product from birth to the final installation in hotels or ships, and that offered him the opportunity to have a panoramic vision of the furniture creation.
During this time, he worked with highly recognizable worldwide clients as NH Hotels, Radisson, Hilton, or Balearia; also he has showed pieces in Spanish national fairs as FITUR and signed several products patents in partnership with clients.
Currently, he is on his second year at the MFA in Furniture Design at Rhode Island School of Design (RISD), in Providence.
Pablo understands design as the place where art meets function.
